Highlights:
- Total employment in B.C. decreased over the last month by 1,700 from February.
- The unemployment rate increased slightly by 0.1% to 7.0%.
- The unemployment rate for youth decreased from 14.3% to 14.1%.
- The North Coast & Nechako region had the highest regional unemployment rate in B.C. at 11.8%; the Northeast region had the lowest rate at 3.6%.
